Medical Hypnosis
Medical hypnosis is a therapeutic approach that uses a state of deep concentration, close to daydreaming, to help patients draw on their own resources. Practised by a physician, it is based here on Ericksonian hypnosis, combined with EMDR and EFT-H. It is indicated for the management of acute and chronic pain, anxiety and phobias, sleep disorders, psychological trauma, addictions and eating disorders. It can also support preparation for surgery, as well as work-related difficulties (stress, rumination, mental blocks, burn-out).
