The Physiotherapy department also offers Prenatal and Post natal programs. Ex: gym, relaxation, psychomotricity.

To achieve goals, the physiotherapist will use specific treatments based on several natural elements such as water (hydrotherapy), electricity (electrotherapy), heat (thermotherapy), cold (cryotherapy), light (luminotherapy), etc…

No. However, without a prescription you will not be reimbursed by your health insurance company.

Yes, if you have a prescription for sessions from a doctor.

Pre-natal physiotherapy: Are pre-natal physiotherapy sessions carried out in a group?

No, at Medicis, childbirth preparation sessions are carried out individually.

Pre-natal physiotherapy: Does pre-natal physiotherapy include assistance during childbirth?

Mrs Camerman can accompany and assist patients who request it during childbirth.

Urodynamic physiotherapy: Is it possible to use a vaginal probe for urodynamic physiotherapy during menstruation?

No, you have to wait until your period is over.

Vestibular physiotherapy - Do I need a doctor's prescription to start sessions?

Yes, you need a prescription from your GP, ENT specialist or neurologist.

Vestibular physiotherapy - How many sessions will it take to see an improvement?

Sometimes, improvement can be seen as early as the first session. For otoliths, an improvement is felt after 3 to 4 sessions, for neuritis, after 6 to 9 sessions.

Vestibular physiotherapy - Can you drive after a session?

If the dizziness is already preventing you from driving, no. If not, yes.
